Yoga Swag

My body has been so sore for this whole week. I’ve been doing two classes a day since November, but the great thing about this soreness is that I’m still getting it in. Regardless of what’s going on with my body, I will tell the instructor I will take it easy, but while in class, that mojo and swag magic within me appears, especially when I do Vinyasa. Before, I told the people who subscribed to my blog that my concentration was not good, but my concentration improved in a couple of months. How do I know that it’s getting better while doing Vinyasa and 26 and 2? I notice that I’m not looking at anybody. All eyes are on me in that mirror. Yes, I am moving around my mat and wiping myself off the sweat, but that will improve. Also, my listening is improving. I shut down all the noise and listened to what the instructor said. I can see it and feel the improvement in my practice. I tell people yoga helps me deal with the outside world. I don’t depend on yoga for the answers. It’s just a tool that came to me to understand myself better and trust me; I’m getting to understand myself. I plan to talk to the teachers about what I can do to improve my practice.
