Yoga blog 7

I want to thank the subscribers who are taking the time to read my blog. It means a lot to me to share something that I love to do. Who would ever think I have a passion for yoga, especially the lousy stereotype it gets? Yoga, for me, is the path to enlightenment. Enlightenment is the biggest thing we can do as humans, but it takes work lot of work. Once you realize who you are., you can start expressing yourself through your realization. A lot of BS is going on with this path, so I ignore social media. I’m in alignment and see who enjoys their life. I notice that Humans use this path more for ego purposes. Humans watch a video and think they are enlightened, but it’s a long practice. You are the only person you should be listing to.
You must have the training, go within yourself, and put the work in. I like writing about yoga and expressing the great benefits that it’s doing for me. Yoga will change my life, and I am happy I found a tool to assist me with my path. For the past few weeks, I have been disciplining myself to wake up at 5 am to start my days. I won’t say it’s easy, but I am up once I am up. I have a ritual that I do every morning that is very personal to me. I will eat some oatmeal and egg whites. At the same time, I am eating and reading a book. I just started reading The Autobiography of a Yogi by the Master, Paramahansa Yogananda. I’ve been getting better and better with my practice, and when you have people brand new, people coming to you saying you are good and watching me. It keeps me grounded, and I hope to inspire people to do more yoga.

  1. Your writing skills is advancing. Keep it up, practice makes perfect. A couple of years from now I see your practice, arzuyoga, expanding exponentially. Take it one day at a time, enjoy the NOW (Present) Cease. Your future looks bright partna.
