So, I decided to become a yoga instructor this year. I concluded in November when I started seeing the benefits of my practice—a lot of my friends, family, synchronicity, and dreams going on in my life that prepared me to come to my knowing. A great friend I grew up with, Future, once told me that timing is everything. Timing is one of those cliche comments you hear about, but when you see great things ready to unfold for you, I can genuinely understand what Future was talking about. I’m learning and becoming more connected to becoming a Vinyasa teacher. Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another seamlessly, using breath-like. I’m blessed to have the chance to practice and learn from 4 of the best Vinyasa teachers in the world. Each instructor has a unique style with even a great personality. I don’t plan to become an instructor until August, no later than September. I don’t have time to comment 100 percent on the teacher training. All I will do is take more than two classes a day, maybe three, now that I have the time to take more classes and share with you guys.
