One of the things that I enjoy about the yoga studio I go to is that they usually have a peak post every month. For the mounts of April, it was spitting. For May, the peak pose is downward dog. The instructorwill give us a short description of how to do the correct downward dog.

What an excellent hip anomy workshop today; the turnout was great. The workshop was absolutely humorous and very informative, with so much information. The workshop was about 2 hours s. She provided me and the rest of the students with about 25 minutes of lecture. She talked bout strength, flexibility, and mobility.
