On Wednesday, I did three classes. The 4:30, 26, and 2 6 p.m. vinyasa classes and another one started at 7:30. Doing two classes was beginning to get easy for me. Depending on the style that I take. Three classes are more of a challenge for me if I have the time. One of the teachers recommended I start sitting in the front so I will take her advice on Sunday. Plus, I need to get away from the middle and go in front, as everybody tells me Cesar needs to start sitting in the front and lead. I notice I get distracted, but my posture, breathing, and movement improve. It takes time, but I aim to get into 80 percent of my posture and go to India for yoga training next year. I was speaking to a lady today from Columbia. She told me that she went to India to get certified because she loved the practice she had been doing. She has been doing yoga since she was 16 years old. She also wanted to do it for the experience, to get better, and to get better at her practice. She showed me a lot of pictures of her in India doing yoga. It was fantastic for her to share that with me. It isn’t easy to find someone who is that passionate about yoga and can have a great convo. I told her You are my inspiration, and she told me you are already there. She is credited with so many yoga certifications from India that I forgot she even proved it to me. We had lunch, and she went her way, and I went mine. I’m drinking more water, which is very important to yoga. I usually drink seltzer water or half a gallon of water. I want to start feeling the difference in my body before taking a class and see if that will help me improve my posture.
